We are seeking a Program Manager and Development Advisor to join the Management Development Services Division (MDSD). MDSD supports and develops Saudi Aramco leaders through consultants and top global university programs, covering leadership, communication, finance, and business negotiations. Your primary role is to serve as a liaison between Aramco participants, the contracted universities, and vendors to ensure all programs meet Aramco’s pristine development standards. Light travel requirements are expected in and out of the Kingdom.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering learning content – conduct training programs, both in‑person and virtually, ensuring engaging and structured delivery aligned with adult learning principles and developmental objectives.
- Curriculum development & innovation – collaborate with learning professionals to develop and enhance course materials, integrating modern training aids and digital tools.
- Program management excellence – oversee the full lifecycle of development programs, ensuring timely execution, adherence to budget, and alignment with business and leadership development goals.
- Stakeholder engagement & communication – serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, sponsors, and participants, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
- Team collaboration & leadership – lead and support project teams, setting clear expectations, facilitating collaboration, and providing feedback to ensure high‑performance outcomes.
- Continuous improvement & evaluation – conduct needs analyses, develop evaluation plans, and implement metrics to assess program impact and guide iterative improvements.
- Risk and compliance management – proactively manage program risks, maintain compliance with company policies, and ensure accountability during audits or reviews.
- Cultural alignment & advisory support – guide learning partners on Aramco’s culture and values to ensure relevance and application of leadership development solutions.
- Participant engagement & support – build rapport with participants, understand feedback in context, and ensure a high‑quality learning experience throughout the program.
- Operational oversight & coordination – manage logistical aspects including scheduling, field training support, onboarding of new cohorts, and coordination with administrative teams.
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business. Preferred: Master’s degree in education or a related field.
- Have 6 to 10 years of experience in leadership programs, program management, project management, and/or curriculum development.
- Experience facilitating both in‑person and virtual workshops.
- Experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning environment.
- Able to prepare a training classroom environment as well as conduct and evaluate courses.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization and expert ability to effectively manage a classroom environment during training.
Additional Skills
- Experience using multiple virtual delivery platforms and their tools.
- Experience using engaging tools and technologies in a learning environment, including content creation on these mediums; this includes, but is not limited to, simulations and virtual models.
- Experience with the instructional design of workshops and the corresponding documents to support the learner, including interactive digital participant guides.
- Build experience through continuous research of industry channels for developments in learning and identify practices and technologies appropriate to the organization’s needs.
