Aramco energizes the world economy. We are seeking a Rigless Operations Foreman to join Unconventional Resources Completion Operations Division under the Completion Operations Department URCOD. The UR Completion Operation Division is responsible for executing required Rigless operations in unconventional fields. The support includes supervising rigless sites with up to 200 service contractors to execute a variety of rigless operations including multistage hydraulic fracture, coiled tubing operations, well testing operations, while maintaining safety and compliance in accordance with the industry standards and company policies.

Your primary role is to lead and supervise all rigless well intervention operations (wireline, slickline, coiled tubing and snubbing) including but not limited to plug and perf frac operations, post frac wellbore coiled tubing cleanout, through tubing fishing and milling operations, in addition to maintaining compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, enforcing safe work practices and conducting on job safety meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface directly with engineers, service company personnel, and management to ensure alignment on operational objectives and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct site inspections, job observations, and equipment audits to ensure equipment and personnel are operating within required standards.
  • Ensure well barrier integrity and adherence to well control requirements during all intervention activities.
  • Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and lessons learned initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the growth and capability of junior team members.
Qualifications
  • Technical Diploma or Bachelor degree in relevant fields, such as petroleum technology or mechanical engineering from a recognized and approved program.
  • 10-15 years’ experience in rigless well intervention operations that includes planning and execution of stimulation, wireline, slickline, coiled tubing and flowback operation in critical sour gas and preferably unconventional operational environment.
  • Experience in unconventional resources or HPHT, tight gas & oil well with a very good understanding of well intervention and stimulation operation and its impact on well completion.
  • Proven record in running all types intervention operations required in unconventional wells: Coiled tubing, Wireline, slick line, Hydraulic fracturing, flow back operations.
  • Familiar with wellhead and downhole completion design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry regulations, safety practices and standards related to surface and downhole equipment selection.
  • Experience in optimization of surface well intervention operation using latest new technologies and best practices.
  • Able to complete an investigation when issues occur and finalize root cause analysis.
  • Experience in performance optimization, cost control, and operational efficiency improvements in unconventional well environments.
  • Strong expertise in unconventional wells operation, well performance analysis.
