About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Deliver silver service-level catering for hospitality events
- Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and quality
- Support and train new team members
- Manage stock, place food orders, and maintain kitchen records
- Monitor food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork
- Assist with deliveries and deep cleaning routines
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 culinary or equivalent
- Food hygiene certificate – Level 2
- Confident chef and excellent team player
- Good level of spoken English
- Flexible, innovative, and passionate about food
- Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work
