At Aramark UK, we’re looking for a passionate Mess Manager to manage a small team, rotas, payroll, dining room and functions, ordering, stock lead our team and deliver exceptional service to the Armed Forces community. What you’ll do:
- Oversee the smooth running of the Mess, managing your team and ensuring top-notch service for members and military personnel.
- Organise and deliver hospitality functions and formal dinners.
- Handle reception duties, cash management, and company paperwork.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
What we’re looking for:
- UK residency for the past 3 years and eligibility to work in the UK (security checks required).
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
- Computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
