LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting a Theme Park Food & Beverage Team Leader! We are ONE Team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, and we are committed to delivering magic every day for our guests. Come and join the team! We are recruiting confident Team Leaders to work across our Park Catering operation within the Food & Beverage department at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. You will have the opportunity to be part of an energetic, fun environment that strives every day to deliver outstanding service to our guests. Our Park Food & Beverage Team operate across our family restaurants, concessions and quick serve units.
Shift opportunities include: Full Time, Fully Flexible - hours covering 7am until 11pm. A starting rate of Β£12.54 per hour, rising to Β£13.00 after your training period plus fantastic benefits listed below...

What does this role entail?
- Being a leader within the operation and ensuring the team keep to a high energetic, fast-paced service by driving performance, productivity, and quality throughout
- Being empowering and motivating through delegation to get the best from the team
- Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
- Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
- Working as part of a team as well as leading the team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Promoting and sustaining a supportive learning environment
What is required for this role?
- Previous Food & Beverage experience is desirable
- Previous leadership experience is required
- Have fantastic communication and organisational skills
- Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
- Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude, showing the team your ability to be a great leader and responsible towards the business
- Be able to maintain excellent relationships across the business and wider resort
