Aramark at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Theme Park Food & Beverage Manager! We are One Team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, and we are committed to delivering magic every day for our guests. Come and join the team!

We are recruiting for a Theme Park Food & Beverage Manager to manage the Quick Serve Coffee Outlets at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. This multi-unit role is varied and exciting; each day will bring fresh challenges that need to be met with a positive mental attitude whilst delivering excellent guest service. You will be supporting the Senior Manager by managing the day-to-day operations of the outlets and be a natural inspiration to the team. You will drive sales, profitability, quality and service.

There is also an opportunity for you to enrol in an apprenticeship, empowering you to develop and learn whilst working. Shift opportunities include: Full-time, fully flexible (including weekends and holidays).

A Day in the Life:

  • Leading your team to deliver excellent guest service and smooth daily operations
  • Supporting the team to provide great menu knowledge and confidently manage allergen or dietary needs
  • Taking ownership of internal and external audit requirements
  • Driving team engagement, training, and development to build capability and confidence
  • Managing labour, stock, and equipment ordering in line with budget
  • Gaining valuable exposure to menu development, business planning, and project support alongside senior management

Requirements:

  • A proactive learner with the ambition to grow into a confident manager
  • Calm, focused, and effective under pressure
  • Excellent communicator, able to inspire and support a team
  • Adaptable and flexible to meet operational needs
  • Approachable and enthusiastic with a passion for hospitality
  • Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience
  • Previous supervisory or assistant management experience within Hospitality, Retail, or Leisure
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across the business and resort
  • Experience working with KPI targets across People, Profit, Guests, and Safety
  • Minimum of a Food Safety Level 2 qualification
