Aramark UK is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team working at Sparsholt College, SO21 2NF. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the team regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality, and brand standards.

Transport is essential due to the location of the site.

Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Sous Chef, working with the team regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards.
- Preparing food for military dining facilities and hospitality events.
- Assisting the Sous Chef with post-analysis and ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed.
- Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
- Undertaking relevant training as required.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
- Excellent team player and communicator.
- DBS and security checks required.
- Flexibility with shifts.
