Hours: 40 hours/week | Mon to Fri | 08:00 – 16:30.
Pay rate: £14.00/hour.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and operate tills confidently
- Keep shelves stocked and displays looking great
- Handle deliveries, stock checks, and maintain accurate records
- Support with picking and packing orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment
- Occasionally escort customers (prisoners) to and from the shop
- Assist with admin tasks like answering calls and emails
What we’re looking for:
- You’ve lived in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work
- Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus – but not essential!
- Comfortable working as part of a team and sometimes on your own
