What you'll do:
- Cooking, prepping, and plating breakfasts to a high standard
- Working with a skilled team and supporting new starters with procedures and best practice
- Following recipe cards to deliver a consistent, quality breakfast offer
- Carrying out stock checks, ordering supplies, and keeping records up to date
- Monitoring food safety standards - temperatures, cleaning schedules, daily due diligence
- Getting involved in deep cleans and occasional fine dining functions
What we're looking for:
- A relevant culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent)
- A confident, collaborative approach in the kitchen
- Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for great food
- Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks
- Ability to demonstrate you have lived in the UK for the last 3 years and have the legal right to work here (security requirement)
