LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting a Theme Park Food & Beverage Team Leader! We are ONE Team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, and we are committed to delivering magic every day for our guests. Come and join the team! We are recruiting confident Team Leaders to work across our Park Catering operation within the Food & Beverage department at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. You will have the opportunity to be part of an energetic, fun environment that strives every day to deliver outstanding service to our guests.

Our Park Food & Beverage Team operates across our family restaurants, concessions and quick-service units. Shift opportunities include: Full Time, Fully Flexible - hours covering 7am until 9pm £13.40 per hour plus fantastic benefits listed below.

What does this role entail? A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Team Leader would include:

  • Being a leader within the operation and ensuring the team maintains a high-energy, fast-paced service by driving performance, productivity, and quality throughout
  • Empowering and motivating the team through effective delegation to achieve the best results
  • Confidently providing excellent menu knowledge and adhering to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
  • Adhering to the highest standards of Health and Safety and Food Safety, both in the products served and within the working environment
  • Working as part of a team and leading the team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
  • Promoting and sustaining a supportive learning environment

What is required for this role? Here are some desirable qualities for this role:

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience is desirable
  • Previous leadership experience is required
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to support changing business requirements
  • Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude, demonstrating the qualities of a great leader and a strong sense of responsibility towards the business
  • The ability to maintain excellent relationships across the business and the wider resort
