Aramark UK is currently recruiting a cook in their Education sector to join our team at North Star College Swindon, SN2 1DY.
You will be responsible for food preparation and kitchen operations, supporting the Catering Manager in delivering consistent food quality and service. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all employees and workers to share this commitment. All roles are subject to safer recruitment checks, including references and an enhanced DBS check, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals for breakfast and lunch
- Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and quality
- Support and train new team members
- Manage stock, place food orders, and maintain kitchen records
- Monitor food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork
- Assist with deliveries and deep cleaning routines
- Supervise the team
- Adhere to food, health and safety regulations and Aramark standards
