What you’ll do:
- Plan menus, food preparation, and ensure meals meet agreed service standards, nutrition guidelines, and client expectations.
- Recruit, train, rota, and supervise kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to maintain productivity, safety, and service consistency.
- Control budgets, manage food and labour costs, forecast demand, and drive profitability while meeting contract KPIs.
- Ensure full adherence to food safety (HACCP), health.
