Join Aramark, a renowned company operating within Alton Towers Resort, and become an integral part of our Hotel Restaurant & Bar Team. We are currently seeking fun and dedicated Food & Beverage Assistants to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to our vibrant and exciting atmosphere.

This is a guest facing role where you could be working in a busy environment. We have various shifts available across the week, including weekends. As this role is based in the hotel, shifts available include early mornings and late evenings. The role is a seasonal position until November 2026.

The ingredients for success:
  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Being responsible for the preparation and set up of the restaurant.
  • Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to support guests with allergen and dietary enquiries.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient table turnover within our fast-paced environment whilst providing memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, following recipes and guidelines.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, utilising our point-of-sale system.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation during busy periods.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and licensing regulations.
Requirements:
  • We would love to hear from candidates with restaurant or bar experience. However, we will also provide suitable candidates without experience all the training they require.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in handling cash transactions.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
