We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly Hotel Restaurant & Bar Assistants to join our team within the hotels at Alton Towers Resort. Whether you're welcoming guests for breakfast, serving drinks in the evening, or helping create memorable dining experiences, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest has an amazing stay. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service while having fun along the way.
About the Role
This is a guest-facing role within our busy hotel restaurants and bars, where you'll have the opportunity to interact with guests from all over the country. You'll work in a lively environment that can be fast-paced and rewarding, especially during our busiest periods. As this role is based within our hotels, shifts are available across seven days a week and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Our current hourly pay rates are £8.03 (ages 16-17), £10.85 (ages 18-20), and £12.71 (ages 21+). This is a seasonal position running until November 2026.
