Aramark UK is looking for a passionate, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to support our Hotel F&B operations at Alton Towers Resort — one of the UK's most exciting and dynamic hospitality destinations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support multiple hotel F&B outlets, helping to drive operational efficiency and service standards.
  • Assist in delivering outstanding guest experiences, exceeding KPI's, and helping to resolve escalated concerns.
  • Support commercial performance by helping with stock control, labour management, waste reduction, and cost management.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team through structured feedback and leadership support.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards, assisting with audits and investigations as required.
  • Maintain a visible presence across the resort, supporting peak trading, briefings, and wider operational activities.
