Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, with 1 weekend in every 4
Shifts: Rotating between 06:30-14:00, 11:00-18:30, and 13:30-21:00

We\’re recruiting two CSA/Stewards to join our dedicated team at Fort George in Inverness. If you\’re looking for a role in hospitality that offers work-life balance, variety, and long-term stability, this could be the perfect fit.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing table service of meals to officers and sergeants
  • Light housekeeping and general cleanliness of mess areas
  • Assisting with dishwashing and kitchen duties
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Officers\’ and Sergeants\’ Messes
  • Participating in occasional special functions or events

What We\’re Looking For:

  • A positive, professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern, including some weekends
  • Reliability and commitment to delivering high standards of service
  • Previous experience in hospitality is helpful but not essential – full training provided
