Shop Assistant – Aramark UK

Aramark (NYSE: ARMK) delivers experiences that enrich and nourish millions of lives across food, facilities and uniforms worldwide. We are looking for a talented Shop Assistant to join our team at Campsfield IRC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support shop operations.
  • Operate tills, check stock, restock goods and arrange merchandise displays.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Receive and unpack deliveries, pack orders and conduct stock taking.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails and support the manager when absent.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures and be key trained and radio‑trained.

  • Permanent position, 30 hours per week (5 days out of 7, including some weekends); shift times to be advised.
  • Pay rate £13.28 per hour.

Set Up for Success

  • Resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work.
  • Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Previous customer service experience desirable.
  • Comfortable working alongside a team and occasional lone working.
