Join our Kitchen Operations team at Alton Towers Resort as a Kitchen Host or Kitchen Porter and be part of a fun, energetic team delivering great food experiences in a world-renowned theme park. This is a hands-on kitchen role in a busy environment, where you may also be guest-facing. Shifts are available across the week, including breakfast, lunch, and evenings. These are seasonal roles, with the opportunity running through until November 2026.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and serving a variety of food following recipes and guidelines
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards
  • Preparing the kitchen area prior to service, ensuring we are ready for a busy service
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, restocking, and supporting deliveries
  • Working as part of a team during busy periods to ensure a smooth kitchen operation
  • Washing and maintaining crockery and kitchen equipment to ensure high standards are met

The ingredients for success:

  • We would love to hear from candidates with kitchen experience. However, we will also consider suitable candidates who have a passion for food and will provide all the required training.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring fantastic food presentation
