What you’ll do:
- Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Deliver silver service-level catering for hospitality events.
- Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support and train new team members.
- Manage stock, place food orders, and maintain kitchen records.
- Monitor food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork.
- Assist with deliveries and deep cleaning routines.
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent).
- Confident chef and excellent team player.
- Flexible, innovative, and passionate about food.
- Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
