Shifts: Mon - Fri 14:00 - 20:00

What You'll Do:

  • Comply with all legislative, Client and Company Policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Carry out catering duties to a high standard, including serving on the counters and replenishing when required.
  • Display a sound, up-to-date knowledge of current menu and safe practices.
  • Work on counters, cleaning of dining room, plate wash and pan wash, and assist in cleaning all FOH areas and the kitchen.
  • Have a sound knowledge of safe catering practices and basic catering skills.
  • Perform any other duties required to complete team tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Legal right to work in the UK and ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (residency waivers available).
  • Silver Service trained and experienced (ideally).
  • High standards displayed in personal hygiene, appearance, and general demeanour.
  • Evidence of self-control under pressure.
  • Proven track record of regular and consistent attendance, good health, and social behaviour.
  • Sound knowledge of safe catering hygiene procedures and basic food preparation skills.
  • Current Basic Food Hygiene qualification.
