We’re looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our friendly team at RAF Leeming (DL7 9NJ) . If you’re passionate about delivering great service and ready to take the lead, this could be the perfect role for you!
What you\’ll do
As Retail Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person when the Manager is away, taking charge of the post office counter and the store . You’ll help lead the team, keep things running smoothly, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Running shifts and supporting the Manager to deliver an efficient, welcoming shop.
- Opening and closing the store, handling cash, placing orders, and managing deliveries.
- Leading and developing your team of retail assistants.
- Keeping the shop safe, clean, and well
- Managing costs and reducing waste.
What we’re looking for
- You’ve lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
- Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous retail or supervisory experience is a bonus, but your leadership skills and customer focus matter most!
