Make every day matter with Aramark UK. We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our friendly team at RAF Leeming (DL7 9NJ). If you are passionate about delivering great service and ready to take the lead, this could be the perfect role for you!

What you’ll do:

  • Be the go-to person when the Manager is away, taking charge of the post office counter and the store.
  • Help lead the team, keep things running smoothly, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
  • Run shifts and support the Manager to deliver an efficient, welcoming shop.
  • Open and close the store, handle cash, place orders, and manage deliveries.
  • Lead and develop your team of retail assistants.
  • Keep the shop safe, clean, and well-managed.
  • Manage costs and reduce waste.

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ve lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
  • Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Previous retail or supervisory experience is a bonus, but your leadership skills and customer focus matter most!

  • Shifts: Mon-Fri (06:30-14:00 or 14:00-21:30), Sat-Sun (07:30-15:00 or 14:00-21:30).
