Aramark UK are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Restaurant Team Leader to join our Hotels team at Chessington World of Adventures. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career and gain valuable leadership experience. The role is offered on a full-time seasonal basis until November 2026, with the possibility of becoming permanent following a successful season. Our hotel operation includes a vibrant casual dining restaurant, a world buffet concept, and a busy banqueting and conference department.

As a Team Leader, you'll act as the vital link between our restaurant front‑of‑house team and management, leading from the front to deliver outstanding dining experiences for our guests.

A day in the life of a Restaurant Team Leader includes:

  • Leading by example to deliver exceptional restaurant service and cleanliness standards
  • Coaching, training, and motivating a large front‑of‑house team
  • Supporting managers with shift planning and daily restaurant operations
  • Acting as the first point of contact for team members during service
