Aramark UK is looking for a QA Manager to join the team at Northwood Headquarters. Northwood HQ is home to five military command and control functions, including a NATO command Headquarters. The site is the workplace for over 2,000 senior military personnel from 30 different nations, with over 800 bedrooms on site. Aramark UK has recently been awarded the soft FM contract for a further seven years. We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and contract terms.
In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of quality systems, monitoring KPIs to guarantee the successful delivery of contractual Standards of Requirements (SORs). You will collaborate closely with the client and Departmental Managers to uphold the highest standards of contract, service, food safety, and health and safety compliance. Full security vetting is required for this role. You must have lived in the UK for at least the last five years to be considered for this role.

A day in the life of a QA Manager:
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards
- Manage health & safety policies and audits
- Train and support teams in quality systems and KPI monitoring
- Maintain and enhance client and customer relationships
- Prepare and submit KPI and performance reports
- Support regional teams with hygiene, safety, and HR-related needs
- Deputise for the Client Services Manager when needed
- Provide mobilisation support for new business gains in the region
- Participate in client reviews and audits
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Previous management experience in the food services or retail industry
- Excellent numeracy skills; strong written and verbal skills
- Health & Safety Level 2 (minimum)
- Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation
