We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead the mobilisation of key projects—new builds, refurbishments, service launches—with a major focus on our client’s flagship Canary Wharf site. Reporting to the Resident Director of Operations, you’ll be the central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, strategic oversight, and hands-on delivery. You’ll co-ordinate across operations, clients, SMEs, and central teams to deliver high-impact projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards. This is a 12-month FTC – immediate start available.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the management of projects and mobilisations
- Support, advise, and guide operational team members where required on correct mobilisation/demobilisation processes to follow
- Complete the administration of all appropriate paperwork to set up new location and related supplier accounts
- Maintain a detailed mobilisation and transition plan
- Lead mobilisation/demobilisation internal and external meetings
- Ensure all aspects of the mobilisation/demobilisation are completed in line with company policy/procedures
- Provide detailed mobilisation/demobilisation updates to the business
- Build and maintain successful client relationships
- Drive best practice for all mobilisations/demobilisations
- Responsible for ordering new equipment as part of the mobilisation process
- Monitor collection of equipment as part of the demobilisation process
- Be a point of continuity for client, operations and central functions
- Maintain the mobilisation budget and monitor spend accordingly
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous project management experience in the food / customer services industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide feedback at all levels
- People focused – communicates well and listens
- Cooperative and supportive of others in the learning environment

- Experience in Facilities Management (FM) or Contract Catering
- Previous exposure to contract environments or working with large client organisations
