Aramark Global Energy are looking for a Project Manager – Oil & Gas to join our team. As a senior member of the Projects Department, you will take responsibility for the delivery of architectural projects across ARCADION’s onshore, offshore, and marine operations. This includes leading project planning, commercial performance, and execution, while acting as the primary liaison between the client and the business. You will oversee contracts, manage costs, programmes, and risks, and ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with technical, regulatory, and client requirements. This is a fixed term role position (6-12 months), office based in Aberdeen. Generous annual leave. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Management of Project functions on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible for the Management, Planning, Cost, Co-ordination and Performance of Contracts and be the liaison between the Client and the Company.
- Carry out Architectural Engineering, Design, Specification & Co-ordinate the execution of Projects.
- Specify, prepare and create Method Statements, Work-scopes, Definitions etc.
- Prepare and create Work-packs and / or Architectural Project input to Third Party Work-packs.
- Review and approval of Third Party Designs, Proposals and Work-packs.
- Assist with the preparation of Tenders, Proposals & Presentation material.
- Co-ordinate with the Project teams in their execution of the tasks for onshore, offshore and marine units.
- Co-ordinate to best advantage, all aspects of the Projects team site visits, including logistics, reports, equipment etc.
- Assist with the generation of the project plan and the financial reports as required.
- Ensure all company procedures, Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards are complied with.
- To take personal responsibility for the safety of you and your colleagues.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrate a courteous, professional and supportive attitude to client and colleagues.
- Be computer literate in the use of MS Office, in particular Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in AutoCAD/Revit or similar, not essential but would be beneficial.
- Experience in managing architectural upgrades and projects within an Oil & Gas, and Marine environment would be beneficial.
- Demonstrate flexibility in the role.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or role.
- Hold a current and valid UK Driving License.
- Organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised and handle a diverse workload.
- Team working and customer focussed.
