Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery
- Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/machines, preparation, and public areas (tables and chairs)
- Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services
- Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
- Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the work
- Perform daily paperwork
- Keep diligent records as required
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures

Requirements
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a bonus – full training provided
- Must be 18+
- Eligibility to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years (security clearance required)

- Own or reliable transport required due to remote location and limited public transport
- Ability to work a variety of shifts
