Hours: 30 Hour Contract, Monday to Sunday
We’re looking for a Catering Assistant to join our team at RNLI to help create a welcoming space for our customers. If you love working with people and want a role that offers flexibility, training, and career growth, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll do:
- Work within the kitchen team of the RNLI
- Carry out all daily cleaning in accordance with company and unit specifications
- Work in all areas as requested; this includes both front of house and back of house
- Work on a rota basis with the other members of the Kitchen Porter team
- Collect and store deliveries and fill out all appropriate paperwork, including Temperature Record Sheets and Delivery Records
- Store all deliveries in a correct manner, rotate stock and check deliveries for quality
- Move stock and light equipment within the building for front of house
- Bring any issues regarding deliveries to the attention of the Head Chef or Sous Chef at the time the delivery has arrived

- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- NVQ 1 and 2
