We’re looking for a Barista to join our team at RNLI to help create a welcoming space for our customers. If you love working with people and want a role that offers flexibility, training, and career growth, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll do:
- Prepare and serve beverages.
- Make high-quality coffees (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.), teas, and other drinks following company recipes and standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, handle payments, and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain product knowledge: understand menu items, ingredients, and allergens to confidently answer customer queries and make recommendations.
- Operate coffee equipment: use and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene: keep the café, workstations, and equipment clean and compliant with food safety and health regulations.
- Handle cash and transactions: process payments using tills or POS systems accurately and responsibly.
