Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join our team at Northwood HQ, HA6 3HP. You will be responsible for the accurate and effective processing of Aramark accounts, payroll and Time and Attendance for our PJHQ Northwood contract.
To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements, you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
What do we offer:
- This is a full-time position, annual salary £27,000, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Shifts between 08:00 and 16:30 (with flexibility).

A day in the life of a Payroll and Accounts Administrator:
- Act as a purchasing officer for the assigned business area and ensure the accurate and timely processing of Aramark Accounts.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of cashless sales, accurate and efficient time and attendance scheduling and oversee and support component managers with payroll checking.
- Ensure all daily paper / computer work is complete and that inventories and statistical reports are completed correctly and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all required legislation and internal policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality on personal and accounting information.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Resided in the UK for the past 3 years with a legal right to work in the UK and are able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Experience of maintaining the day-to-day management of the accounts and payroll functions.
- Analytical and methodical, with proven experience in accounts and payroll administration, with a current knowledge of company account systems (e.g. Opx, GFF and Cognos) and be proficient in payroll procedures, MOD pay rules and payroll software (e.g. SAP, Kronos) and MS Office.
