Are you an experienced Food & Beverage leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams? We're looking for a passionate and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead a diverse and fast-paced food service operation at Northwood HQ. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a large-scale catering and hospitality operation, influence strategic food and beverage offerings, and play a key role in delivering outstanding service standards within a prestigious Government Services environment. What you’ll do:

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day leadership and continuous improvement of all food and beverage operations across the site.
  • Lead all food and beverage operations to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Manage budgets, food costs, labour expenditure, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Shape and deliver an exciting food and beverage vision across the operation.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and brand standards.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop Front of House, Food & Beverage, and culinary teams.
  • Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive working environment.
  • Build succession plans and support future talent development.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergen, HACCP, and health & safety requirements.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior hospitality leadership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Excellent people management skills with a track record of developing successful teams.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, allergen management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
