Mobile/Commercial Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mobile/Commercial Cleaning Operative to join our growing cleaning services team based in various locations in Northern Ireland. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across multiple commercial properties and mobile cleaning assignments. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering professional cleaning services to our valued clients. Carry out comprehensive cleaning duties across various commercial premises and mobile cleaning locations throughout Belfast and surrounding areas Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

Van and fuel card provided

• Prepare and apply appropriate cleaning products and solutions in accordance with health and safety guidelines Inspect cleaned areas to ensure they meet established quality standards and client specifications Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or damage to management
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including COSHH requirements and safe handling of hazardous substances Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction Identify and report maintenance issues or equipment faults promptly Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when required Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times

Qualifications

**Required Skills and Experience:** Proven experience in commercial or mobile cleaning operations Proficiency in using a range of cleaning equipment and machinery Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and best practices Excellent time keeping and organisational abilities Demonstrated commitment to health and safety compliance

• Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Good people skills and customer service orientation Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards **Desirable Skills and Experience:**
• Formal training or certification in cleaning operations Knowledge of COSHH regulations and hazardous substance handling Experience with specialist cleaning equipment or techniques First Aid certification Valid driving licence (essential for mobile cleaning assignments) Experience working in facilities management or cleaning services sector
