We’re hiring aMobile Chefto join our passionate team at HMP Bullingdon working across our sites in the South and Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your culinary career with a world-leading organisation that values work-life balance.
You MUST be flexible and have your own reliable transportation.
What You\’ll Do:
- Collaborate with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Mentor and supervise enhanced inmates with food preparation and cooking meals.
- Follow recipes and maintain accurate kitchen records.
- Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous cheffing experience.
- Flexibility and have your own reliable transportation with business insurance.
