In this vital role, you’ll support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional meals across patient dining, retail outlets, and hospitality services. You’ll play a key part in preparing texture-modified meals that meet IDDSI standards, working closely with our Dieticians and Speech and Language Therapists to meet individual patient needs.
