We’re looking for Casual Hospitality Team Members to join our matchday crew - helping create experiences that fans will remember long after the final whistle. If you’re fun, friendly, and love being part of a fast-paced team, this is your chance to be right at the heart of the action!
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with your teammates to deliver a smooth, top-quality service
- Serve guests with energy, warmth, and efficiency
- Deliver food and beverages (including alcohol) to tables promptly and professionally
- Work behind the bar serving drinks, pouring pints, and keeping the atmosphere lively and welcoming
- Keep the operation running seamlessly before, during, and after events
- Handle payments accurately and confidently
- Support with setup and clean-down
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, approachable personality and great team spirit
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
