Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a General Assistant to join our integral team at 60 Victoria Embankment, London, EC4Y 0JP (with occasional work at Bank Street). As a General Assistant, you will mainly be working front-of-house. You will support day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas, and supporting both front and back of house areas. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site.

A day in the life of a General Assistant:
- Setting up for breakfast and lunch service
- Serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to
- Stock refilling, stock rotation, cleaning dining and serving areas
- Operating tills and processing payments
- Maintaining menu boards and ensuring condiments are presented correctly
- Assisting with washing up and clearing tables
- Complying with Health & Safety and Fire Policy
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Great spoken and written English
- Impeccable customer service skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Previous customer-facing or food service experience (desirable, but full training provided)
