A Day in the Life of a FOH & Barista Supervisor:
- Prepare specialty barista beverages to spec (latte art skills welcome!)
- Lead and develop a team of 4 baristas
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards
- Support the FOH Manager with product innovation and promotional planning
- Maintain accurate records and complete temperature checks
- Handle customer feedback and communicate with the Senior Management Team
- Manage stock levels, rotation, and monthly stock counts
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
- Complete and sign off all required paperwork before shift end
You’ll Be Set Up for Success If You Have:
- Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year)
- Food safety knowledge
- Passion for hospitality and the food industry
- Advanced English communication skills
- Legal right to work in the UK and have resided for the past 5 years
- Latte art skills (not compulsory but a plus!)
