We are looking for a Deli Supervisor to join our friendly team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience with the day-to-day running of a coffee outlet. You must have experience in this area and have good customer focus. If you are passionate about retail, love leading a team, and want a role that offers work-life balance, this is the opportunity for you.
What you will do:
- Take charge of the coffee outlet during shifts in the manager's absence.
- Lead and motivate the team to keep the space running smoothly and customers happy.
- Open and close the store, handle cash, manage deliveries, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Control operational costs, including shrinkage and waste.
- Support team development and ensure high standards every day.
What we are looking for:
- Previous retail experience and barista trained.
- Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks (must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years).
- Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
