The impressive brand-new Hill Dickinson Stadium, home of Everton FC, located on Bramley-Moore dock, Liverpool, is set to be one of the most revolutionary and advanced venues for fan experience in Europe. Serving 52,888 fans per matchday, the mission is to set the standard for excellence and create exceptional experiences for Evertonians and non-match day visitors to the site. We currently have an opportunity for Catering Assistants to join our amazing team at Aramark who are delivering all food and beverage services into the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

We are offering a competitive hourly rate, with the opportunity to join us for the first ever season at the NEW STADIUM and beyond!
Job Responsibilities- Food Preparation & Cooking: Assist chefs with daily food preparation, including chopping, peeling, portioning, and assembling ingredients. Carry out basic cooking tasks under supervision (e.g., preparing simple dishes, operating basic kitchen equipment, reheating items, monitoring cooking times). Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality. Plate or package food items in line with service standards.
- Kitchen Support: Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment. Set up and restock workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment. Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries. Work with kitchen porters to ensure dishes, utensils, and preparation areas are kept clean and hygienic.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Follow all food hygiene and safety guidelines, including proper storage, labelling, and rotation. Adhere to allergen, dietary, and portion-control requirements. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
- Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or catering environment preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with good communication skills. Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
- Personal Attributes: Positive attitude and proactive approach. Good attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and take initiative when needed. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
