The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Shift times: Monday to Friday 4.30pm to 8.30pm (This is an event venue for a high profile client so, there will be an average of 3 evening/night events).

We’re looking for a Bar Assistant to join our team to help create a welcoming space for our customers. If you love working with people and want a role that offers flexibility, training, and career growth, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll do:

  • Making specialty barista beverages to spec – a great way to show off your latte art skills or learn new ones!
  • Providing excellent customer service to our high profile talent clients.
  • General cleaning of the unit, including sweeping/mopping the dining areas, rubbish disposal, general clean down of the unit and ensuring all designated cleaning tasks are complete.
  • Providing and setting up hospitality buffet – ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are followed.
  • Stocking up and rotating stock daily, ensuring the unit stock is faced up throughout the day and dated correctly.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Barista experience is required
  • 18+ as will be serving alcohol
  • Previous Hospitality / Bar experience is required
  • Passion for the hospitality and food industry
  • Advanced English level and able to communicate as this is crucial to deliver excellent customer service to our customers.
