Aramark UK is looking for an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef – Retail to support the delivery of an outstanding retail food operation within our new, state‑of‑the‑art stadium; Hill Dickinson. Reporting to the Head Chef – Retail, this role plays a vital part in the success of our matchday and event catering operation, covering general admission retail, premium GA areas, 19 internal concessions, fan‑zone kiosks and bespoke food units within the Fan Plaza. If you’re a confident, hands‑on chef with a passion for street food, high‑volume operations and developing teams — this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of stadia retail dining. This is a permanent and full time role working weekdays, weekends and evenings.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support menu and recipe development, ensuring accurate setup within procurement systems.
- Assist in creating and embedding operational systems and processes for smooth service delivery.
- Support kitchen set up and workflows to drive speed of service, safety and efficiency.
- Oversee food production and service across GA premium, retail and fan‑zone outlets.
- Maintain consistent product quality and presentation across all service points.
- Work closely with logistics teams to ensure efficient movement and availability of produce.
- Lead by example on food safety, hygiene and legal compliance, carrying out all required checks.
- Ensure full compliance with allergen, calorie, COSHH and due diligence procedures.
- Support stock management, ordering, wastage control and cost efficiency to protect profitability.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working in a high‑volume retail, events or stadium catering environment
- Passion for food, hospitality and on‑trend street food concepts
- A confident and calm leader who performs well under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive problem‑solver with great attention to detail
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
