Aramark UK are looking for a hands-on, highly organised Senior Event Coordinator to join the team on site at Hill Dickinson Stadium. Within this role you will play a key role in delivering outstanding events, create strong client relationships, create memorable experiences, and help drive the stadium’s growth as a premier destination for conferences and events. This is a permanent full-time position based on site reporting to the Head of Sales.

Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage of the event planning process
- Build strong client relationships and provide creative, tailored event solutions
- Host client site visits, offering expert advice on event logistics and venue capabilities
- Manage and support the Sales & Events Coordinator, ensuring effective coordination across multiple sites
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver on all agreed proposal details and client expectations
- Produce accurate BEOs and coordinate internal and external teams including AV, security, and maintenance for seamless event delivery
- Provide thorough handovers to stadium operations and conduct post-event follow-ups to identify opportunities for future sales
- Maintain accurate CRM records and create post-event P&L reports to support revenue and performance tracking
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ event planning experience, ideally within a stadium or large event venue
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events at once
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards throughout planning and delivery
- Creative problem-solving abilities suited to a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and build long-term client partnerships
- Passion for food, service excellence, and continuous improvement, with strong industry knowledge and awareness of current event trends
