As Premium Manager at Hill Dickinson Stadium, you will lead the planning and delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences across a diverse portfolio of premium spaces, from exclusive Owners' Boxes and private dining rooms to premium lounges, restaurants and bars. Working at the heart of a world-class operation, you'll inspire high-performing teams, champion outstanding guest experiences and drive operational excellence across both matchday and non-matchday events. Key Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience within hospitality, food & beverage, events, catering, premium guest services, or a similar customer-focused environment
  • Strong operational management skills, with experience planning and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
  • A passion for premium hospitality and guest experience, with the ability to consistently exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent people management and coaching capability, with experience developing, motivating and leading high-performing teams
  • Commercial awareness, including experience managing labour, stock and operational costs while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of premium hospitality operations across all premium areas for matchday and non-matchday events
  • Drive exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation and operational execution
  • Manage labour, stock and operational costs, ensuring budgets and commercial targets are achieved
  • Lead, coach and develop Premium Supervisors, Matchday Managers and front-line teams to build a high-performing culture
  • Oversee workforce planning, staffing deployment and operational resource allocation to maximise efficiency and service quality
  • Build strong relationships with guests, clients, VIPs and stakeholders, responding proactively to feedback and service opportunities
  • Develop and implement operational plans, processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and profitability
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety, allergen management and all relevant hospitality and licensing regulations
