Serving 52,888 fans per matchday, the mission is to set the standard for excellence and create exceptional experiences for Evertonians and non-match day visitors to the site.
We currently have an opportunity for a number of Casual F&B Runners to join our amazing team at Aramark who are delivering all food and beverage services into Everton Stadium. The runner role plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations in restaurants and bars by delivering food and drink from the kitchen/bar to guest’s tables in an efficient manner in all premium locations located within the Everton stadium on matchdays. The runner role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to have good knowledge of the restaurant menu/wine/spirits to make recommendations. Runners will also perform several front of house duties such as the cleanliness of the kitchen and bar, generating consistency and structure in relevant areas to the required Aramark standards.

What you’ll be doing:
- Your area of responsibility for bars covers several exceptional entertainment and several concepts from fast-paced lounges, sports bar, pubs, to a la carte restaurants.
- To follow health & safety in the heart of everything you do and lead a health & safety culture.
- To demonstrate you take responsibility for your own health & safety and that of others.
- To ensure you are fully aware of the importance of all allergens passed on from supervisor/manager on match-days.
- To support bartenders and waiters where necessary on matchdays with clearing and relaying tables quickly and efficiently.
- Helping prepare premium locations ready for the start of service, transporting food & beverages to the appropriate tables and guests.
- To act with a sense of urgency to assist guests and team members.
- Help kitchen staff by ensuring timely and accurate food orders are sent out.
- To check the accuracy of all food & beverage orders before delivering to ensure there are no mistakes or missing items.
- To help verify that all food and beverage meet the restaurant and bar standards before serving in all premium locations.
- To have good knowledge of the cocktail/wine/food menu and be able to pair and make recommendations.
