As a Tim Hortons General Help on our team of other service stars, you’ll take on the important tasks of providing excellent customer service by preparing drink and food orders, as well as maintaining cleanliness of the environments we work in. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
- Provide excellent customer service while preparing drink and food orders
- Compile orders accurately and in a timely fashion
- Receive payment by cash, debit/credit card and campus card
- Assist with opening/closing of the location
- Keep stations clean and replenished at all times
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- May perform other job duties as required
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
