Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Domestic Assistant to join our team working at Salvation Army IP4 1JZ. You will be cleaning to a high standard, ensuring all tasks are completed in good time and all equipment is stored safely. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all employees and workers to share this commitment. Job Responsibilities:
- You will be cleaning communal areas ensuring all standards are maintained throughout and all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Reporting hazards and checking over equipment to ensure they are in good condition, reporting any issues to management.
- Removal of waste and recycling.
- You will be lone working on occasion and also be working as part of a team, working together to ensure all daily tasks have been covered.
- Duties will include sweeping, mopping, hoovering, rubbish disposal and other general duties attached to the role.
Key Requirements:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is ideal but full training will be provided.
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to hours and duties.
