Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate catering staff, delivery drivers, and service teams.
- Organise shift schedules and task assignments.
- Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
Catering Operations
- Coordinate the delivery and presentation of food across various service points.
- Ensure timely, temperature-controlled, and well-presented service.
- Manage setup, service, and breakdown at each location.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and disposables.
Client Service
- Respond to client requests, dietary requirements, and last-minute changes.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for all guests.
Quality & Compliance
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and corporate compliance standards.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure consistency.
Problem Solving
- Resolve operational issues such as late deliveries or staff shortages.
- Implement quick solutions to maintain smooth service.
- Escalate incidents or feedback to management as needed.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain records of deliveries, feedback, and staff performance.
- Communicate daily with kitchen and logistics teams.
- Support inventory tracking and resource planning.
