Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and highly organised Hospitality Coordinator to join our team in Hartpury. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and customer service who enjoys coordinating events, supporting clients, and ensuring exceptional experiences are delivered every day.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating hospitality and catering bookings across the site
  • Acting as the key point of contact for hospitality enquiries and event requests
  • Liaising with clients to understand requirements and ensure expectations are met
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of meetings, conferences, functions, and special events
  • Working closely with catering and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitoring hospitality standards and ensuring excellent customer service at all times
  • Assisting with administrative duties, including booking systems, reporting, and record keeping
  • Supporting stock control, ordering, and invoicing processes where required
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, catering, or customer service
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A customer-focused approach with great attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Experience coordinating events or hospitality services would be advantageous
