A day in the life of a Hospitality Assistant:
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of hospitality bookings across site
- Open and close hospitality pantry, manage equipment and coffee machines
- Perform temperature checks and maintain hygiene standards
- Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring excellent presentation and service
- Coordinate logistics for meeting rooms and collaboration spaces
- Communicate effectively with the hospitality team and respond to customer needs
- Clear down events and ensure pantry is properly closed at end of day
- Support the wider catering team as needed
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
