Aramark UK is currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to be a part of our integral team at RNLI College, Poole, BH15 1HZ.
As a Waiting & Bar Staff, you will mainly be working front‑of‑house, supporting day‑to‑day operations by serving food and beverages to customers, operating the till, cleaning dining areas, and supporting front‑of‑house areas. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the Food & Beverage Manager on‑site.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark.
- Perform cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
- Prepare service area and/or service points.
- Serve in Hospitality Functions.
- Provide bar service and barista service.
- Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to.
- Correctly store food items and equipment after service.
- Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.
- Present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.
- Adjust job duties as required to meet changing needs and requirements of the company.
What do we offer
Full‑time, permanent position with a minimum of 35 hours per week as per business needs. Evening & weekend availability required. Shift times range from 6.30 am – midnight. Hourly rate is £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications
- Previous customer‑facing/food service experience desirable; full training provided on‑site.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years. Security checks are required.
